Let us Camp in "Lake Perris" the Sonamarg /Dal Lake of southern California

LAKE PERRIS CAMP - OCT. 17- 19, 2003

The Southern California KP Biradari will have a three Day two nights Camp from Oct. 17 (Friday at 2.00 P.M) to Oct.19 (Sunday 11.00 A.M., 2003). The camp will be held in Lake Perris.

A group campsite has been reserved. Cost of per Tent is $17/night. Those of you who would like to stay in Inns nearby and join the campers rest of the time, can stay in Inns.

Cost of Room per night for two Persons is $ 55 (two persons ?one queen bed.)

Cost of Room per night for four persons is $ 59.40 +taxes (two queens size beds are available).

Roll over bed will be provided,If more than four people are sharing a room. Cost for the roll over bed will be $10+$15(per person). Do use your discount Cards and refer my name(Neeru) and ask them the Discount rates they have provided to me.

Information about Lake Perris: --

Formed by Perris Dam, Lake Perris offers a variety of water recreation,

including swimming, fishing (shore, pier and boat), boating, sailing, water

skiing, and a special area for scuba diving. Wildlife includes ducks and

Canada Geese. Anglers can find rainbow trout, catfish and Alabama spotted

bass. The area also offers opportunities for hikers, bikers and equestrians.

Rock climbing is featured in an area south of the dam. The Ya' Heki'

Regional Indian Museum is in the area, along with a 2,000-acre reservoir.

Lake Perris offers a variety of water recreation, including swimming,

fishing (shore, pier and boat), boating, sailing, water-skiing, and a

Lake Perris (Sonamarg/ Dal Lake of Southern Cal):

Lake Perris is in the Inland Empire District. It is a State Recreation Area. A large lake surrounded by mountains. Picnicking, Camping, hiking, fishing, swimming, bicycling, boating are among many recreational activities that are available at this park, which is open year-round. The Campsite has full shower and toilet facilities on it.

This is a place you would definitely like to relax and spend some time and be away from busy life.
